Adam has more than twenty years of financing, investing and executive experience spanning a variety of sectors including consumer products & services, CPG marketing, fintech, data analytics, gaming and digital advertising.

From 2014 to 2018, Adam was President at PINCHme.com, where he helped build a leading consumer product sampling and digital marketing platform for CPG manufacturers such as P&G, Kraft, Kellogg’s and L'Oréal. PINCHme listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in October 2018.

Prior to PINCHme, Adam was a Co-Founder & President at ARM Insight, Inc., a provider of financial data business intelligence solutions for financial institutions, payment processors, investment companies, and retail corporations. ARM Insight was named a Top 10 Alternative Data Solutions Provider for 2018 by Capital Markets CIO Outlook.

Previously, as President at Super Rewards, Adam helped build a leading social gaming monetization and virtual currency platform which reached $100 million in annual transaction revenue before selling to Adknowledge, Inc. in 2009.  Following the acquisition of Super Rewards, Adam served as Vice President of Virtual Currency at Adknowledge for two years.

Prior to working in technology, Adam was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley for eleven years, advising internet & media companies with public and private financing as well as strategic M&A transactions.  

Adam received a BComm (Hons) and an LLB (Hons) from The University of Melbourne.

Mussadiq has more than twenty years of experience within the capital markets and investment management sector. In addition to being involved in the public markets, Mussadiq has been an active private investor in the consumer product and technology space for more than ten years.

Mussadiq is currently an independent director of Subversive Capital Acquisition Corp, the largest Canadian SPAC at the time of listing with $575 million raised in 2019. Most recently, Mussadiq was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Capstone Investment Advisors, a multi strategy hedge fund.

For the seven years before joining Capstone, he was the Co-Head of Credit Opportunities at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), managing a $3 billion gross portfolio of proprietary investments in credit and equity securities.

Prior to RBC, he was Co-Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio manager of ARX Investment Management (ARX), a credit long/short hedge fund with over a $1 billion of assets under management.  While at ARX, Mussadiq covered Telecommunications and Technology sectors in addition to managing the research process as a Co-CIO.

Prior to working on the buy-side, Mussadiq was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, advising telecom & media companies with public and private financing as well as strategic M&A transactions.

Mussadiq received a B.A. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics Phi Beta Kappa and Cum Laude from Macalester College.
